Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. You can read Gravatar’s privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract this data from the images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details next time. These cookies last for one year.
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, cookies will store your login details and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days; display options cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps you logged in for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.
If you edit or publish content, a cookie will be saved indicating the post ID. It contains no personal data and expires after one day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, or other posts). This embedded content behaves just as if you had visited the other website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
f you leave a comment, it and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
Registered users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except usernames). Website admins can also view and edit that information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your data. You can also request deletion of your personal data, except for data we are required to keep for legal or security reasons.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Your data is not shared or sent to any third parties. However, visitor comments may be automatically checked by a spam detection service to prevent abuse. This service may be located outside the EU and may process data such as IP addresses and user agent information as part of its filtering process.
